Claude Code: ~/.claude/projects/<project>/<session>.jsonl
The project slug is the absolute path with / replaced by -.
OpenAI Codex: ~/.codex/sessions/<YYYY>/<MM>/<DD>/rollout-*.jsonl
Pi Coding Agent: ~/.pi/agent/sessions/
